You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Service providers must have the necessary skills and legal permissions to offer their services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
ApkaCity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ApkaCity acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers and service providers.
All service contracts are directly between the customer and the service provider.
ApkaCity is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided.
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Service providers receive payment after successful completion of service (minus platform fee).
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Users can rate and review each other after service completion.
All reviews must be honest and based on actual experience.
Fake or malicious reviews are strictly prohibited.
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on ApkaCity are the property of ApkaCity. You may not use them without prior written permission.
ApkaCity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.
